Here at the Graphic Novels Club, or GNC, we are open to all and any members of the UW community who are interested in learning about and creating graphic novels. We welcome artists and writers alike to share their projects and join us in creating art and community bonding.

Hello! I’m a third year student majoring in Painting and Drawing. My goal is to become a professional illustrator for children’s books and book covers. I plan the content of our meetings and work closely with our event coordinator! I love this club not only because I get to actively talk about and work on my own projects, but because of the little community we’ve made here.

Hey! I’m also a third year student majoring in Painting and Drawing. I have been completely obsessed with graphic novels and comics since about the 7th or 8th grade. I aspire to become a professional graphic novelist. I help Taylor plan meetings and make presentations. I love GNC meetings. They are always a ton of fun and we have plenty of interesting and funny conversations. We get to share our art and current ideas. It's honestly a fantastic group to be a part of.
